We’re passionate about designing spaces for friends and family to enjoy, prosper and always feel welcomed. This passion was planted years ago, when our founder would draw out floor plans, elevations and pick out furniture pieces from catalogs as a young girl. Those childhood dreams and aspirations are the reasons why we treat every customer’s home as if it were our own. Our process is much more than the way colors, shapes and materials work together. We believe in building relationship with clients and providing creative, problem-solving solutions throughout the whole process.
Stacy Stater
Founder & CEO
Home & Willow Design’s founder Stacy believes our homes are where we build our most important relationships — where we escape, find rest, and recharge for whatever comes next. For Stacy, a home must be a direct reflection of the people who live in it: pleasing to the eye, thoughtfully ordered, and working for the homeowners rather than the other way around. Her greatest passion is helping clients make their home everything it can possibly be. When she’s not at the studio, Stacy can be found on a bike, playing tennis with her husband, Brian, or planning a vacation with her three children and first granddaughter, Charlotte.
Crystal Reeves
Director of Sales
Crystal's love of pattern, shape, and color led her naturally into the world of interior design. She holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Apparel Design from Ball State University, and she continues to draw inspiration from the ever-evolving fashion industry to bring fresh, unexpected ideas into the home. Crystal has a special gift for translating a feeling, description, or image in a client's mind into exactly the right fabric or design detail — and she brings the same high level of organization and attentiveness to every project from start to finish.
Kamryn Camp
Chief of Operations
Kamryn spent years immersed in the world of classical piano, and her lifelong dedication to the arts drew her to California, where she developed a design sensibility that is calm, organic, and beautifully grounded. At Home & Willow, she brings meticulous attention to detail, strong visualization skills, and a knack for innovative problem-solving that keeps every project running smoothly. Her high energy, tenacity, and sense of humor keep the team sharp, organized, and smiling every day.
Nick Stater
Manager of Shared Services
Nick joined the Home & Willow team in 2022 as Manager of Facilities and Financial Operations, overseeing all things back-office to keep the studio running smoothly behind the scenes. In addition to his operational role, Nick brings an easy spirit of helpfulness and levity to everything he touches — and a welcome shift in the team's female-to-male ratio. He is also grateful to work in an interior design environment where he can quietly harness ideas for outfitting his condo to best suit his cat, Greg. Outside the office, Nick can be found on the golf course, on a basketball court, or belting out karaoke as a proud Boilermaker.
Julie Curry
Senior Designer
Julie Curry brings more than twenty years of experience in the textiles business and a formal background in interior design to every project she takes on. Over the course of her career, she has contributed to some of the most celebrated designer show homes in the region, including the Home-A-Rama, Extreme Home Makeover, Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home, and the Indianapolis Show Home. Well-versed in every major design style, Julie takes equal pride in transforming a single room or an entire home — always with the goal of creating a space that feels comfortable, cozy, and uniquely her clients' own.
Bron Dailey
Designer
Bron Dailey has been captivated by beautiful spaces since childhood — the kind of rooms she'd see in movies or magazines that stopped her mid-breath. That sense of wonder never left her. After years in visual merchandising, her curiosity expanded into structural design and interior furnishings, and time spent living in Florida, Texas, and California gave her firsthand experience with a remarkably broad range of design styles and architectural aesthetics. Paired with a background in psychology, that depth of experience allows Bron to uncover what her clients are truly looking for — sometimes before they can articulate it themselves. The moment they see it and feel it, the reaction is always the same: it takes their breath away.
Alexis Rhule
Designer
Alexis Rhule brings creativity, precision, and genuine passion to every project she touches. Originally from Pittsburgh, she relocated to Indianapolis after earning a degree in engineering from Penn State — and it was a pandemic-era renovation of a 1950s fixer-upper that ignited her love for design and set her on a new path. Alexis has since completed formal training at the New York Institute of Art and Design and is on track to earn her RIDQC certification. She loves the opportunity to merge her engineering background with her design instincts, bringing both structure and beauty to every space. Outside of work, she channels her love of speed and detail at the racetrack, where she's as passionate about capturing moments through photography as she is about the thrill of the race itself.
Melanie Hufhand
Designer
Melanie's design philosophy is rooted in the things she holds most dear: family, hospitality, and the kind of classic, clean beauty that never goes out of style. Originally from Decatur, Alabama, she has called Indiana home for the past twenty years — spending that time raising four children and transforming her 1930s house into a warm, welcoming space full of character. Melanie excels at listening closely to her clients, then creating workable, livable spaces that genuinely reflect who they are and how they live. When she's not designing, she's traveling, entertaining, or spending time with her four grandkids. She and her husband Tyler live in Anderson, but she'll always be a Southern girl at heart — Roll Tide!
Maya Rogers
Designer
Maya holds a degree in Interior and Architectural Design from Olivet Nazarene University and relocated to Indianapolis to join the Home & Willow team. She finds deep satisfaction in guiding clients through the creative process — from early vision to final reveal — and has a particular love for sourcing the materials, fabrics, and textures that bring a space to life. Maya has been drawn to design since childhood, and her enthusiasm for color and detail is contagious. Outside of work, she loves to travel, explore new hiking trails, and spend time with friends.
